1. Who can use Shredr

Shredr is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion.

Depending on the features you use, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address and account identifier. When you sign in through Apple or Google, this may include Apple’s private relay email address. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
• Profile information: age or date of birth, gender, height, weight, activity level, training experience, training preferences, body-fat estimates and fitness goals.
• Physique photos: photos you capture or upload for analysis and progress comparisons.
• Nutrition information: meal photos, typed or transcribed meal descriptions, product barcodes, and food, calorie and macronutrient entries.
• Training information: exercises, workouts, difficulty selections, feedback, completion history and streaks.
• Communications: support requests, feedback and other information you send us.

Some of this information, including body measurements, photos and related assessments, may reveal information about your health.
