This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Westarch Labs Ltd ("Westarch Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use Shredr ("Shredr" or the "App"), our AI abs scanning, training, and nutrition tracking application.
By accessing or using Shredr, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use Shredr.
- ELIGIBILITY
Shredr is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: your name and email address, received from Apple or Google when you sign in. Shredr does not use passwords, and we never see or store your Apple or Google account credentials.
- Profile Information: gender, age or date of birth, height, weight, activity level, training experience, training days per week, body-fat estimate, and your goals.
- Scan Photos: the abs and physique photos you choose to capture or upload for AI analysis and progress comparison.
- Food and Meal Data: meal photos you capture, voice descriptions of meals you record, text descriptions you type, scanned product barcodes, and the resulting food, calorie, and macronutrient entries.
- Training Data: workouts started and completed, exercises performed, difficulty selections, session feedback, and streaks.
- Communications: messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: features used, scans performed, sessions completed, meals logged, scores, ranks, milestones, and progress over time.
- Device Information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.
- Performance Data: crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic information used to fix bugs and improve stability.
